At Jacketzilla, we offer our customers a seamless customer experience and offer 30 days return warranty.
Return / Refund Process
If in any rare instance you find our product with production defect or any other issue related to sizing, we will be happy to take it back for return, refund or exchange. You can contact us for more information.
Conditions where we can offer refund/return:
- Incorrect product received by the customer
- Product has some manufacturing defects
- Product is damaged in shipping
- Product has tampered
Product cancellation
You are eligible to cancel any of your orders within 48 hours of placing the order
Refunds (if applicable)
If you do wish to claim a refund for the product, you will have to send back the product to us for inspection. We will notify you of receiving the item as well as for the approval or rejection of the claim. If your refund claim is approved, the process will be initiated and the amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or by any other original method of payment, within the 10 – 40 days, depending on the payment method and merchant.
Non-Returnable Articles
Please remember that we do not accept any returned product if:
The product is damaged or shows signs of wear, even when the products are under warranty
Custom made leather jackets are non-returnable and non-refundable since they are made to order
Products that have been used without any production defect
We do not offer an exchange for different color or size
Non-Refundable articles
Please note that any custom made articles are non-returnable or exchangeable. Since these are exclusive articles that are specifically made for you, we can’t accept returns for these, and however, we do offer alterations for custom articles at nominal charges.
Any leather jacket articles that have been worn or altered are also non-returnable. We highly encourage our customers to thoroughly inspect the jackets upon receipt and immediately contact our CSR if you find any discrepancy in the article and wish to return/refund/exchange.
We don’t offer any refund or return to customers ordering any more than two articles simultaneously. This is specifically to discourage customers from ordering multiple articles for trial and selection purposes.
Late or missing refunds
Normally, you will get your refunded amount within a certain time period, however, in rare cases where you don’t receive a refund after the stipulated time, we encourage you to recheck your bank account. You can then check the matter with your credit card company for the same issue; as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, you can check with your bank about the processing time to post a refund.
